Registration Process for the Academic Year 2026 – 27

Bhaskara Public School announces the commencement of its Registration Process for the academic year 2026 – 27, subject to the availability of seats.

Parents are requested to complete the online registration form using a laptop or desktop with a Chrome-enabled browser. The email address entered during registration must be valid, as all official communication will be sent to the registered email ID.

Parents are strongly advised to submit only one application per child. Multiple applications for the same child may lead to cancellation.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only), payable at the School Office at the time of submitting the registration form.

Important Dates

  • Online Registration Forms: available from 15th February 2026 to 31st March 2026.
  • Submission of Registration Form: From 11th November 2025, as per the selected slot during registration. Forms not received by the School Office within the specified time will be deemed cancelled.
  • Teacher Interaction / Assessment: 3rd week of February to 4th week of March 2026, before 31st March.
  • Declaration of Results: Will be announced accordingly after the assessment process.
  • Admission Confirmation: Admissions must be completed on or before 30th December 2025, post declaration of results.

Filling & Submission of the Registration Form

All fields in the online registration form marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled in completely.

Details provided at the time of registration cannot be modified at a later stage in the admission form. Parents are therefore requested to enter all information accurately and carefully, strictly as per the available documentary evidence.

Upon successful completion of the registration form, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.

Parents are required to paste the recent passport-size colour photographs of the candidate and parents in the space provided on the printed registration form. After verifying all details, parents must sign in the designated space to confirm correctness.

A printout of the completed registration form, along with all required documents and photographs, must be submitted to the School Office on the selected date and time slot.

Documents to be Submitted (Self-Attested Copies)

  • Birth Certificate: Proof of age issued by a competent authority such as Notified Area Council, Municipality, Municipal Corporation, Village Panchayat records, Military Hospital, or Defence Service records.
  • Proof of Residence: Photocopy of any one of the following – Ration Card / Smart Card, Domicile Certificate, Voter ID Card, Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, or any government-issued identity card.
  • Aadhaar Card: Copy of Aadhaar Card of the child and parents.
  • Blood Group Report: Photocopy of the medical report clearly indicating the child’s blood group.
  • Community Certificate: For children belonging to SC / ST / OBC categories, a valid certificate issued by the competent authority must be submitted, where applicable.

Photograph Requirements

  • One recent, coloured passport-size photograph of the parents and the child (2 × 2 inches / 51 × 51 mm) to be pasted on the Registration Form.
  • Two recent, coloured passport-size photographs of the child (2 × 2 inches / 51 × 51 mm) to be submitted along with the Registration Form.
  • One recent postcard-size family photograph including father, mother, and siblings.

Academic Record

A copy of the Report Card / Progress Report (Mid-Term) of the child from the current school must be enclosed.

Important Instructions

  • Registration forms submitted with incomplete documents will not be accepted.
  • Parents are requested not to fold, damage, or mark the Registration Form in any manner.

Teacher Interaction / Assessment

The admission process includes an academic assessment followed by a teacher interaction to better understand and evaluate the child’s learning level, communication skills, and overall readiness.

After submission of the registration form, the student will be scheduled for a Teacher Interaction and Assessment. The details regarding the date and time will be communicated to the parents at the time of form submission.

Students are required to prepare as per the syllabus provided. The academic assessment will be conducted on the same day, followed by an interaction with the teacher. The results will be declared on the school notice board within one week of the assessment.

Important Guidelines

  • No rescheduling or alterations of the Assessment / Teacher Interaction session will be permitted under any circumstances.
  • Absence on the allotted date and time will result in cancellation of the candidate’s application and forfeiture of the Registration Fee.
  • Requests for change of date or time will not be entertained, and related emails or applications will not receive a response.
  • Reassessment is not permitted. If the child does not appear for the scheduled interaction and assessment, the registration form will be considered cancelled.

Provisional Admission

If the child’s name is shortlisted, parents are required to complete the provisional admission process within ten (10) working days from the date of result declaration, subject to the payment of the prescribed fees.

In case the child is selected for provisional admission, both parents must visit the School Office to complete all admission formalities in person.

NO EXTENSION OF THE DATE WILL BE GRANTED FOR TAKING PROVISIONAL ADMISSION.

Provisional admission will be confirmed only after submission of the following mandatory documents on or before 15th April 2026. Upon verification, the child will be allotted to the appropriate section.

Documents Required for Confirmation

  • Photocopy of the Report Card: It is mandatory that the child must have successfully passed the current class in which he / she is studying.
  • Transfer Certificate: Original Transfer Certificate from the last attended school.
  • APAAR ID Consent Form.

Note: Non-submission of any of the above documents within the stipulated time will result in cancellation of the provisional admission.

Important Note

Mere registration and submission of the registration form at the School Office does not confer any right to admission to any child.

Parents are requested to carefully check the admission procedure dates and strictly adhere to the prescribed timelines.

Any admission secured on the basis of incorrect, false, or forged certificates will be cancelled immediately by the School. No appeal against such action will be entertained.

In case of any difficulty while filling out the registration form, parents are requested to email info@bhaskarapublicschool.in with complete details and a clear description of the issue. Please do not call the School Office. All emails will be responded to within two working days.

Any fee paid to the School is non-transferable under all circumstances and non-refundable in the event of cancellation of admission.

The School Management reserves the right to take the final decision on all matters related to admission.
